I Just Heard From God Today and He Said,
"....yet my people have forgotten me." Jer. 2:32

How easily we forget. We are cautioned to tie a string around our finger! A study of history calls to mind how readily the Israeli people forgot. They forget the miraculous distribution of gold and silver that was bestowed upon them by the Egyptians.

They forgot the unique opening of the Red Sea when God told Moses to stretched forth his rod. With the threat of Egyptian hoards behind them, the mountains looming up at either side they marched victoriously to the other side!

Arriving in the wilderness they were fed the most culinary delights. Manna from heaven and the sweetest water in abundance! Then they forget how good it was they began to complain and quickly forget the benefits!

With frequency they forgot the benefits of God's goodness. We too forget where we were. The glorious moment of conversion; the fiery moment when we were sanctified. The moment of hearing when he restored our health!

We too forget so readily! We put to one side the precious promises that are yea and amen in Christ's Jesus. Let us remember where we were and how far we have come!

Always remember His goodness and grace are sufficient! Let us never forget.

In Jesus;
